described as walk-in medical clinic,

Fees
Curaquick's basic visit fee
is $59 with no
co-pays or deductibles to
meet. Additional
charges apply for laboratory
tests and vaccinations.
Insurance
Curaquick participates in
most health plans, including
Wellmark BC/BS, BC/BS of
Minnesota, BC/BS Blue, Avera,
United, Medica, Health
Partners, Medicare
and others; however, no
insurance is required.
For participating plans, we
will file the claim for you.
We can also provide a receipt
for you to send to other
insurance providers or your
company plan.
